3. How we collect information
We receive information directly when you register, sign in, request or manage a booking, add a vehicle, or contact support. Operational information is also generated by the application, API, server and security systems. Administrators may create partner accounts using information supplied by authorised partner representatives.
4. Why we use information
- Create, authenticate and secure accounts.
- Provide listings, fares, bookings and trip management.
- Connect customers with assigned partners or drivers.
- Provide support and respond to complaints.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorised access and safety threats.
- Maintain and improve service reliability.
- Meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.
Where consent is legally required, we request it through an appropriate notice or permission. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent use of a feature that requires the information.
5. How we share information
We may share only reasonably necessary information with assigned fleet partners or drivers; hosting, database, communications, security and technical providers acting for us; professional advisers or insurers; authorities where legally required; or a successor involved in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
6. Vehicle images and external content
Listings may show images supplied by partners or retrieved through an external image service using vehicle make and model keywords. Loading an external image may disclose ordinary network information, such as an IP address, to the image host. Partners must only provide images they are authorised to use.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards including production HTTPS, password hashing, role-based access, restricted partner creation and signed authentication tokens. No system is completely secure. Use a strong password, keep it confidential and promptly report suspected misuse.
8. Retention
We retain information while needed to provide the service and for legitimate legal, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution purposes. Periods vary by record type and obligation. Information no longer reasonably required is deleted or anonymised where practicable.
9. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law and verification, you may ask us for information about processing, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data no longer required, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or grievance redressal. Some records may be retained where required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, a completed transaction or a legal claim.
10. Children
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
11. Processing locations
Service providers may process information in India or other locations where they operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, we take reasonable steps to use them.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy when the service, technology or legal requirements change. The revised page will show a new effective date, with additional notice where required.
